Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit was undercooked. Bacon was over cooked. It's hit or miss with this location. Makes me sad because Jacks has always been the best fast food breakfast spot. Not so much anymore.

Jacks is absolutely amazing in Oneonta! I had my first mess up today with a driver. I ordered my son's normal meal with his shake. We waited an hour and the driver had already got my food. I called the store and spoke to the manager Corey. I explained what happened and he made us a whole new order and was able to get me another driver to drop it off.
Thank you Corey and the girls at Jack's I truly appreciate it.

One can't go wrong with Jack's chicken.The quality of Jack's is consistent wih all menu items.
I highly recommend Jack's for any occasion.
