listen today I ordered breakfast at 10:29 a.m. a minute before they started serving lunch. when I got my food everything was hot and fresh! even the biscuits seemed like they just came out of the oven, so soft and good! I was extremely satisfied with my order today!

It's the best breakfast in town! My only frustration is that on DoorDash I can only order the double order of Biscuits and Gravy, but only ever get the single order. Sort of frustrating to not have the option to order the single, have to pay the price for the double, and only get the single.

The Fried Chicken Box 8pc was good as were the sides (mashed potatoes and Coleslaw) but the large Fountain Drinki ordered was a cup literally FULL of ice. I paid for a small soda in a large cup of ice. Shouldnt happen.

I paid 31.29 for 20 chicken fingers and only got 15 chicken nugget sized pieces. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I can't believe that I spent almost 70 dollars on food that didn't even feed my whole family. Jack's is usually my favorite restaurant but this experience? I just can't believe it.

the hash browns was the only thing that I have a complaint about they looked like when they started cooking the Hashbrowns the grease was not completely hot so the hash browns fell apart and then they stuck them in some grease that was hot so they were fried but they looked like Waffle House hash browns instead of round Hashbrowns lol
