The mashed potatoes were instant with no flavor. the gravy didn't have flavor either. the green beans were flavorless. the chicken tenders looked like the size for a 4 year old! and the tea wasn't sugary. i do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever! i will never eat here again. it also took a long time to make our food for no specific reason.

I hate to leave a bad review on Jacks. It is the fast food I grew up with. Ever since Jacks started doing shakes, I have loved them. My husband and I decided to try the peach shakes. They have no peach flavor and are icky sweet. Will stick to chocolate and strawberry from now on.

Employee put my food in the bag upside down causing green bean juice to get everywhere. I called Jack's and was hung up on. I tried calling back with no answer.
