Food was fresh and they put onions and picles on like requested. My Milkshake was fresh, not melted like mcdonalds would be. They even gave me a fry! Above and beyond customer service. It was so good I ate it all be I could take a picture.

The Collegedale location is awful. They always get the orders wrong and the food is never fresh. Please stop routing me to that. I live in Cleveland. My daughter has an egg allergy and they always put mayonnaise on it when it says no mayonnaise. The hamburgers always taste old. Learn to follow directions. The Cleveland location is wonderful, but this other one is terrible.

our family feast contained 8 piecesof chicken, 6 wings and 2 thighs. that is not the standard 8 pieces we expated or that was advertired on the menu. The mashed potatoes were only 3/4 full. overall the taste was good, but the food we rreceived did not meet expectations.

ordered 3piece dinnerFried Chicken Dinner (3pc.)z all thighs, coleslaw salad and mashed potatoes- received 4 pieces - leg, 1 wing, 1 thig, 1 breast, NO coleslaw and No mashed potatoe. I pay good money for this to not recieve my order correctly? the sad thing is the restaurantdoesn't care andts not even the drivers fault
