They forgot my bacon and my hash rounds, didn't give me silverware, and gave me 2 coffe cups of coke instead of a large cup because the were out....not equal to my almost $4 coke I ordered..., and the grits poured like water they were so runny today. I love Harpersville Jacks and usually go there because I've never got an order from a Childersburg that didn't have something wrong with it

The Chicken Fingers Meal and Chicken Finger Snack (4pc.) are always going to be delicious. I have noticed they barely salt the fries anymore, so if you like their seasoned salted fries like me, ask for extra salt in a cup or for them to salt them more.
And I have never been told that their shake machine isn't working. Their Milkshakes are always fresh and made from real icecream.

Every time I come to this Jacks, my breakfast sandwich does not have mayonnaise on there and it comes with mayonnaise standard. I have to go back around and get it fixed every time.

I'd get it again. It was fresh as far as fries were not cold and soggy and neither was the food. They did miss a chicken finger in one of the orders but thats okay, super peppery chicken fingers(almost not edible) (but that is unlike them to be that bad and almost too crispy) I'd return as I believe this was just a bad time. They also forgot to include ranch with the plates which was disappointing and tends to happen more so than not.
