• 5/15/26Do not DoorDash this restaurant. They will send old food. The food is usually great when you visit the location, but my Big Bacon Meal for 2 was old and dry. The burger patty crumbled in my mouth and was not edible. We threw the meal away. My fries were old, brown, and stale.

• 3/11/22This salad wasn't worth $8. It's was nothing like the picture on the menu and the chicken tenders was EXTREMELY hard and rubbery. It was shredded lettuce and was not worth the money, never again will I go to Jack's.

• 11/7/25Unbelievable! This is my 2nd order this week from the Jacks on Deerfoot Pkwy/Tville that was missing items. This order was missing my fries, and the previous order was missing my chicken fingers. Sadly, the food was great, but I'm done with ordering from this Jack's.
