Wonderful packaging! A cute insulated, reusable bag with their drinks. Matcha milk tea was good and not too sweet. Boba was chewy and fresh. I also had their white peach milk tea and it was divine. 10/10 recommends. Great, large sized drinks, high quality teas and boba. Way more worth it than a lot of boba spots on Doordash!!!

I've gotten milk tea delivery from several places, but jam jam tea really impressed me. They packed the tea in an insulated bag with resealable velcro and the lids were super flexible with the option of easy peel or puncture with a straw. Their White Peach Milk Tea and Coffee Coconut were great, I customized them to be 0% sweet and they came out perfectly. Definitely worth it.

Strong jasmine tea taste. The house cream doesn't distract from the tea. I got it 25% and it's perfect. I would order again.

Loved the sustainable packaging! The bag is reusable and the cups are thick enough to also be reused or easily recycled. The Tropical Smash was refreshing.
