• 7/10/26Both sandwiches were good, but they both needed more lettuce, lettuce always seems to get skimped, the lettuce adds a much needed texture

• 6/11/26The sandwich had a nice amount of meat, and condiments, and a good portion of lettuce which was really nice, it would be nice to have the option to have oil and vinegar on the side when we order for delivery, the sauces make the bread soggy

• 10/11/25The bread was made right this time, not doughy, there was a nice amount of meat and veggies, there doesn't seem to be much lettuce that comes when we order, the cheese is usually sliced too thin, it would be nice to order oil and vinegar on the side, so the sandwich doesn't come soggy

• 9/4/25Since opening this place has been a sub above. I'm not sure what's happened over the past few months but they've completely changed the amount of meat on their sandwiches. I used to feel like there was too much, to be completely honest. Now, on multiple occasions, I've taken a bite and immediately after looked at the sandwich to see if there actually was any meat at all. Considering the extreme prices for these sandwiches, you'd think they'd keep up their standards. It always tastes good but lately it's been severely lacking. Nearly everytime the sub is completely drenched in vinegar and oil. Not the veggies but the actual bread itself. No one likes a soggy sandwich. I might not order here anymore. Which is sad. It's one of the best chain sandwich places, if not the best.

• 6 days agoI'm usually very happy with this store but tonight I guess they ran out of white bread so they used wheat bread instead of the white for my order without contacting me to see if that would work or if I would prefer a refund. My kids won't eat the sandwich, instead of getting the option for a refund I am now stuck with a $48 dollar sandwich (after taxes/delivery fee & tip) that I didn't order.
