I only discovered Jersey Mike's recently (I know, I'm way behind apparently). I really like the Bowl option for any of their subs. Everything is customizable and if you take out the Olive Oil Blend you have a healthy mix of meat, cheese and veg. I add banana peppers, pickles and their spicy hot pepper relish. I usually order the #13 The Original Italian.

The sandwich that I was craving for days didn't hit the spot. It was wrong. The wrong bread. No oil & vinegar. Ingredients tasted stale. I'm disappointed since this was my favorite sandwich place on both coasts. Now I'm not sure. It was worse than a premade sub from the grocery store.
