• 9/6/23I am always greeted with an enthusiastic smile when I walk in. Food is great and they give nice portions. They are always busy but the wait times are generally not bad. I picked up an order and it was a bit late but they were busy and they threw in a free cookie and a drink for the wait. It was only maybe 5 mins and they were so nice and considerate for the wait. I love this place. Far superior to subway in every way! Also, go on YouTube and type in "Joey Diaz calls Subway". You will not be disappointed and that is another reason why I am a Jersey mikes guy!

• 3/18/26Unfortunately this simple #8 Club (ordered with extra meat and cheese) came soggy wet with so much mayonnaise and oregano the bread and vegetables were ruined. There was no extra meat or cheese. As a training tip, Mayonnaise is a condiment, not something the customer wants in a one inch thick layer as if it were a cheese and spices, unless asked to apply extra, are not a layer they are a sprinkled topping for flavors. The entire bottle of spices came on this mini spoiling any chance to eat it as a sandwich. If the top falls off, get the customer a new sandwich made. After attempting to scrape the excessive off and the bread disintegrating, I rolled the two thin slices of provolone and four pieces of meat to eat. There was no saving the bread or vegetables in this debacle.

• 6/10/26We usually have a wonderful experience but all of our sandwiches were wrong in some sort of way. One had Mayo when we didn't order it and the other two weren't done "mikes way"
