Wanted to rate 5 stars, but incorrect bread was used (plain white instead of rosemary Parmesan). Sandwich was still good and generous! My favorite sandwich place! First time there's been an issue, but DD provided refund so it's all good.

First time they ever done this, but ordered two regular sandwiches and they gave me a smalls.. don't they know I'm a big back and need that regular size!! lol Tasted good tho but I paid $35 on two small sands and some chips when I ordered the regular..not cool!

I usually love Jersey Mike's, but this time, someone got a little happy with the oil. There was way too much, made the bread soggy & sandwich didn't taste as good as normal. unable to eat it all, which was a waste of $20.

The sandwiches are always delicious! This was a group order with 17 people ordering. It would be nice if the sandwiches could have names on them, or at the very least some legible writing. Some of the numbers were even hard to read, and we certainly couldn't read any of the order notes that were written on the bags (like no onions or whatever). If the names of those ordering are sent to the store, it would be so helpful to just write those names on the sandwiches instead of the numbers.
