I have become a loyal customer.  The ribs are excellent in quality of meat and amount in comparison to Full Moon.  The customer service is also superb!

Ribs were overly salty, more bone than meat. The BBQ sauce I'm pretty sure was watered down ketchup with a splash of W sauce, didn't care for the ribs at all, and would not order again.  The potato salad was pretty good, the BBQ beans were just okay. 
I received my correct order, however disappointed that the Palmer didn't have a security seal over the lid, very sketchy.

Jim N Nicks never disappoints! The smoked chicken on top of a huge baked potato is amazing!! It gives a lot of protein and the potato is cooked to perfection!

Food was good temp when it arrived. The onion rings were crispy and perfectly yummy.  The potat salad was perfect as always. The coconut pie is the reason for the low score. Firstly, the piece of pie was quite small for the price paid. The filling was gelatinous and gummy, not smooth. It also lacked much flavor. The crust on the pie was doughy and tasted uncooked. Will not ever order this again. Overall experience was average hence the 3 out of 5.

I ordered the garden salad with the not so naked potato. The salad was in a carry out plate full of lettuce, a piece of tomato not a slice or even an entire chunk, I counted three bacon bits & a small plastic container HALF filled with dressing. There were two of the mini rolls/biscuits. If you’re filling a carry out plate with enough lettuce to feed two people why give the customer a teaspoon of dressing??? At least FILL the small container..
