over cooked the sandwich and the meat inside was burnt. the sandwich and packaging was dripping with grease

I have always loved your sandwiches because they contained a lot of meat. My order yesterday was terrible--I had barely one piece of turkey, no onion and no oil or vinegar. You should be embarrassed for serving such a bad sandwich.
