I ordered a Spicy East Coast Italian sandwich which has double meat and they gave me an Italian night club which is basically the same sandwich but has a skimpy layer of meat. This was also the 2nd time I ordered a sprite and receive soda water because the syrup ran out, won't be ordering Sprite a 3rd time. That went down the sink. Not happy.

Jimmy Johns used to be a great sand store. However, the food quality and portions are not the same as they used to be when they first opened.

Very disappointed, missing drink, and very small portions, Calling the restaurant was of no use.
