I've always ordered from Jimmy John's over competitor sandwich shops because they didn't skimp on the meat and other sandwiche toppings. My turkey Tom arrived with only one piece of turkey on it, which is pretty crazy. I'm pretty much just eating bread right now.

 we were watching TV and saw the advertisement about your new beef barbecue brisket sandwich and decided to order it for my husband and my usual ham sandwich for me. Why were we disappointed. The advertisement on TV show shows nice thick cut brisket, lots of meat piled high with lots of cheese. The sandwich my husband Got was very thinly cut meat and we could not believe the small amount of meat that was on that sandwich, let alone a small amount of cheddar cheese. To make things even worse my ham sandwich hardly had any ham on it and only three little pieces of tomato. I would've taken a picture of both of them, but our phones were both on low batteries and being powered up. We were so disappointed.

The #14 bootlegger club is advertised as having double protein- Turkey and roast beef. No turkey on the sandwich. Provolone cheese was added for some reason. Very little roast beef. Mistakes happen, but the lack of service when I called the store was frustrating. The person who answered the phone told me that they personally made my sandwich and it had turkey on it. When I repeated it didn't, he offered to remake it but repeated he was sure there was turkey on the sandwich and was clearly annoyed. I was uncomfortable with his annoyed response to the point that I was concered about how they would handle the replacement sandwich. I declined the offer. On the plus side the delivery driver was very polite. My soda and chips were fine. Disappointing experience overall.

jimmy johns used to be my favorite sandwich, but they have really gotten chincy with their ingredients. The young man brought it in a timely manner. Everything else was fine but it costs more, and you get less. I am totally done with jj.
