I loved the food and my ramen was spicy to perfection and the broth was so flavorful and the chicken was outstanding def recommend this place

Arrived cold and in such a tiny portion. generally milder taste than it should have been. I think burnt roux was used to make the broth black because that is what it tasted like. Gyoza extremely over priced.

Jinya use to be one of my fav restaurants but I will never DoorDash my order again. I did not care for the way my food was packaged. I feel like for the simple fact that you're ordering basically a soup, the containers and bag should have had stickers on them, to make the customer feel a little more confident about their food not being tampered with. My food also arrived cold, I called to see if I could return my food, so that it could be re-made, not for a refund and the manager refused, basically said to call door dash. My order was also incorrect, I specifically changed my noodles to thin and I received the regular thick noodles. I also paid extra for spicy sauce and did not receive any. In store, I always receive great food and customer service, but I def will never door dash my order again from here.

it was bad. I LOVE roasted cauliflower. this was not good at all. I also got tokyo curry rice. the rice was good. the curry alone may have been decent, but the meat gave it an awful texture. I'm really sad about it. also there were no napkins, no utensils, and no condiments.
