• 11/15/24Ordering online was a little confusing - there were choices for things that I didn't realize I needed to make a choice for, like the muffin variation, then a flavor. The quality and flavor of both the chai latte and muffin were delightful, and I will be ordering again soon!

• 2/19/26It was supposed to be a 20 oz drink and hot, but I got an iced 16 oz drink. I guess you win some and lose some.

• 8/31/23The iced lattes were really thick and gave us stomach aches. This is the second time it's been bad, even when adding water/ice. We used to always have great ones in the past, not sure what's recently changed
