• 5/15/25i added extra steak and removed pickles on my sandwich. there was barely any steak and they included pickles. i paid extra and i'm disappointed simple instructions couldn't be followed.

• 8/15/23Bag ripped, soaked through by latte. Only recd one carrot cake, which is the size of a zinger 3"x1" - and grainy unblended sugar frosting -nothing like the photos.

• 5/16/23My bread was burnt, literally black i couldnt even bit it. I received one sandwich and I ordered 2. I didnt get any straws or napkins... order was terrible.
