• 10/1/24Food is great but unlike other delis, Js tends to scrimp on the sides. Fries...just a hand full. Addition of cole to order...very small (side size) container. Overall food is great and delivery is fast. Maybe I'm just spoiled by "Manhattan In The Desert" and their oversized portions. I am still a regular at both :-)

• 6/5/25I ordered dinner and dessert for myself, they do have a ton of items on the menu, but I decided on Chicken Pot Pie and also got a side of Challah Stuffing Side and an Chocolate Eclair for dessert. The pot pie was definitely interesting because being take out they poured the filling into a plastic clamshell and then the puff pastry crust on top. It was quite tasty, even if a little hard to eat as a takeout meal. I would try again for sure, but probably at the restaurant. The stuffing sounded really interesting with using Challah bread, but I cant say that I liked the flavor much. I probably would pass on this. The eclair was beautiful, it's massive so dont mind the price. The shell was perfect, the chocolate icing was divine, however the pastry cream was a little grainy and somewhat bland in flavor. I still ate the whole thing and enjoyed it, would order again for sure. Overall a really good meal!

• 12/20/23Not as good as in restaurant visits. We literally got 8 (Eight) onion rings, that's just about one dollar per onion ring! Also a $22 NY Black Pastrami sandwich came on non toasted bread without mustard, cheese etc(not able to ask for those or rye bread either) and with very little Pastrami. We've been in the restaurant and ordered both those things and had so much we had to take some home. Very disappointed that the take out experience is really lacking compared to in restaurant dining.

• 1/26/25We've been in to Jay's many times and love the ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food. So today we were surprised when first we couldn't choose fries as a side(pay extra) couldn't get ranch dressing like we can in the restaurant and lastly, ordered onion rings and received 6 rings for$9.00!!! It seems as though if you are not in the restaurant, your business is not valued as much.
