• 9/24/26The guava matcha latte is overpriced at best - paid $10 for a Chosen upgrade - it was watered down, the size extremely small for the price and the matcha was not high quality. Wouldn't order matcha from here again.

• 9/13/26Save your money!!! My drinks tasted so watered down. I ordered the Yuzu Dragon Fruit Matcha Cold Brew (3PO) and Madagascar Vanilla Matcha Cold Brew (3PO). Walked into the store and the workers were so dismissive and did not acknowledge me after I waited in line. I have been here once before too with pickup and they just left my drink out and there was no worker in sight. Don't come here! Expensive for mid drinks

• 3/7/26For a store whose identity and flagship item is matcha, you'd think they would remember to put matcha in the latte?
Got a full glass of just oat milk. Called and asked if they were out of matcha today and the reply was just "no" with no further explanation.
Kind of like going to an Italian restaurant and the chef forgot the pasta in your Alfredo, so you just get chicken in a bowl of cream.

• 9/23/25Cold Madagascar Vanilla Matcha Latte** was wayy too sweet even at "0% sweet" and the cold brew tasted like poor quality matcha didn't seem ceremonial.
