the Deep Fried Cheese Curds are curds you enjoy slowly and savor. they got a little smoke to them, too, which deepens the flavor. I really liked the Little Piggy, too. it was just enough to satisfy, and the brisket was surprisingly moist - as a southerner that can be hard to come by up here, sometimes, and it tells me they dont let it sit too long. definitely will be ordering again from y'all!
