• 10/16/24I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kawah, and I must say, their Boneless BBQ Spare Ribs with Pork Fried Rice is a standout dish that should be on everyone’s radar. The entire experience, from presentation to flavor, was exceptional.
The Boneless BBQ Spare Ribs were cooked to perfection. They had that ideal balance of sweet, smoky, and savory flavors. The ribs were generously coated in a rich, tangy barbecue glaze, with just the right amount of caramelization on the outside. What I loved most was how tender the meat was—juicy and easy to bite into, without being overly fatty. The boneless aspect made it all the more convenient to enjoy, without the fuss of dealing with bones, which is perfect if you're after a more elegant dining experience.
The Pork Fried Rice paired with it was equally impressive. Each grain of rice was cooked flawlessly—fluffy and full of flavor.
