Simple reasons:
Better quality than anywhere else.
Better price than anywhere else.
Better flavour then anywhere else.
Friendly service, great specialty rolls, and they never screw up my orders.

I was unfortunately disappointed by everything I ordered. The tuna goma-ae had some sort of cabbage salad as the base, and although it had very nice portions of tuna, it was not what I would have expected. All of the sushi had very good and generous portions of feelings, but the rice tasted strongly of vinegar, which made all of the sushi taste bitter.

Soggy wet rice in the rolls. Small portions with no flavor and very unfresh fish. Super slaty miso soup. Worst sushi I ever eaten in Winnipeg.

On special occasions, Kai Sushi is always my choice. Every roll was excellent as always. Kai Sushi is Winnipeg's best sushi restaurant.

I have never had such odd and messy sushi before, in my life. The size and cut of the sashimi was huge and clunky. Not appetizing at all and had tough bits. The sushi rolls were way too big and the pieces were unevenly sliced. There was three skinny pieces and two gigantic pieces on the end. The overall presentation was awful. I’ve been to hundreds of sushi restaurants, Ive made my own for fifteen years and the quality of this sushi is definitely without a doubt among the worst I’ve seen and tasted. Their rice vinegar mixture is too sweet. The filling was horribly loose. The special sauces were lazily drizzled on and their viscosity was far too thin, that it sank into the rice as if it was soy sauce. I could go on. Lord I could . I hope they see this and do better because this just isn’t right. If this was someone’s first impression of sushi , I can see how they would be put off.
