All around all the items were ordered were excellent and tasted fresh. The Salmon Belly Sushiwas really good but it did not come topped with caviar as described. This was disappointing. The Vegetable Tempurahad a great variety but we wished it came with more sauce. The Crispy Ricewas delicious and so were the Rainbow Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. The California Roll came in a great portion size. We would order from here again.

The Godzilla Roll was not for me, but that is 100% my fault. In a rush to decide I failed to realize it had a massive jalapeño tempura style inside too. Nothing wrong with the roll it was just too much heat for me.
The Shrimp Tempura Roll and Bear State Crunch Roll (Deep Fried) went over well. The person in my house that opted for those was very happy with the amount of crunch and the lack of sogginess that tends to happen with delivery of tempura items.

Overall it was okay, but it was an off night and the restaurant did not honor my special request to separate the sauces despite it being printed on my delivery bag receipt. The Ichiban Roll was the worst, but it is normally my favorite. It wasn't fresh and it left a weird aftertaste so I had to stop eating it. The Crispy Rice is decent, but not the best I have had, and oddly won't tag itself. The Gyoza was also decent, though it won't tag itself either, but I found it a bit over cooked. The other person in my house always likes the Shrimp Tempura roll.

We got a dragon roll, a spicy scallop roll, and salads. The server was great and the food was fresh. The dragon roll was really good and a lot more elaborate, but I would order both again. Very inexpensive.

I liked both the Canoe Roll (No Rice) which is cucumber on the outside, & the Hell Fire Roll which has a descent spiciness. I would get them both again.
The soft shell crab Crispy Legs were good, crunchy & a nice size. The Avocado Tempura was descent, but probably way better to have hot & crispy at the actual restaurant.
I am not a fan of the sauces or salad dressings, & would rather have more soy sauce packets for the rolls. Also next time, I will skip the Salmon Skin Salad, as it was too salty for my liking.
