• 8/14/26Yes, I placed an order regarding the 3 white and 3 chocolate cupcakes. The app allowed me to request alterations as I'm allergic to variations of chocolate with cocoa powder. So, I call to confirm that my alteration was reported and that the cupcakes would arrive all white as I go into anaphylaxis if it is not milk chocolate like the other item bought with chocolate chip pieces and non chocolate base for the bars. The supervisor was rude and claimed that all products are packaged previously so I would not be allowed to ask such superfluous accommodations. I will never order again and they shouldn't have any options to add accommodations if they don't accommodate for common needs such as those with allergies. Bad value and inconsistency with customer accommodations. I wouldn't order again based on the stores representative poor behavior on quality service and the fact they aren't willing to accommodate those with allergic reactions. Word of advice- start cherishing customers and reasonable needs.
