• 9/22/24Always have missing items, chicken is either burnt or very small and taste old, dinner rolls are the best, sliders always come with either no pepper mayo or no lettuce, I try ordering from different KFC through door dash but always get stuck with this one

• 5/16/26Honestly don’t bother with this place. I ordered the Giant Feast and it was a total joke. I paid a lot of money and they just gave me 4 wings and 6 tiny pieces of chicken which is so rude because it's not even close to what I paid for. To make it worse they completely forgot my Zinger burger too. Such a massive waste of money and a huge disappointment.

• 10/3/25chips we're cold with no Salt at all, with the Burger lettuce was all brown and way too much Mayo, due too much Mayo the lettuce was very soggy.
Potato & Gravy was warm.
Drink was put in the bag with the Food.
Not great presentations.

• 12/12/25Missing food. You guys are normally on point and more so than other fast food places in redbank which is why I order from you. Just a reminder to keep up the standard you've set amongst all these other clowns.
