This combo is the best it can in hot and the chicken was juicy, i order fries and sandwich to add to my combo. Def ordering again

I’ve been to this KFC location before, and it’s always the same story—grimy kitchen, staff who look like they’re running on fumes, and customer service that makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. This time, I figured I’d save myself the headache and ordered delivery through DoorDash.

Big mistake. I got one of their Famous Bowls, and it was just sad—barely any chicken, and what was there tasted dank and overly greasy, like it had been sitting too long in 3-day old frying oil. For the price I paid which is equivalent to an entree at a gourmet eatery, you’d think I was getting at least something decent. Instead, I paid a wing and a leg for a soggy, underwhelming meal.

I’ll never get why people swear by KFC when Popeyes is literally across the street. The quality gap is like night and day. Won’t be ordering from this location again!

This was the absolute worst KFC experience ever and it's sad because it used to be the gold standard of good tasty southern style fried chicken. I ordered 4x Chicken Breast and only received one. After splitting one breast (as we had practically no food to eat) my husband was shocked at how scrawny and skinny the breast was. The skin that used to be crispy crunchy and flavorful is now wet, rubbery and disgusting. KFC used to have the biggest, juiciest chicken breasts. This is shrinkflation at its worst as well selling cheaper inferior quality chicken unfortunately.  Hubby then said that he was actually glad they left out 3 Chicken Breasts because the quality was so bad! Don't even get me started on the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy We ordered 2 LARGE portions with gravy. We received two mini scoops of mashies that didn't even fill the little plastic bowl using a small ice cream scooper that cost close to $18. Seriously? They only filled the gravy container halfway meaning you are paying for one half portion which was overpriced to start with. That's just insulting. Reminded me of Atlantic City HS Cafeteria with the frugal lunch lady lol but the customers are the big losers here so it's just not funny.

The Chicken Breast were big, delicious n juicy not too mention the amazing flavor of the famous breading. The Chicken Little was yummy but sadly is half the size n customers aren't dumb so that's a shame.  Major "shrinkflation" unfortunately on those. They should call em "Chicken VERY little". Please consider bringing back the original. The Mashed Potatoes & Gravy was amazing as always n nice portion too. Loved the Pot Pie which was very big n nice. Unfortunately they forgot all Biscuit which bummed us out but we were promptly refunded which was great. I gave 4 stars because of those horrid chicken 12 pc. Nuggets which were completely inedible as they were so very tiny, hard, salty with barely any chicken inside. The flavor on those is total cringe. Best to avoid those if u can. Glad they got the main things right however n we're grateful for that.

i waited so long to receive such poor quality. the 3 pc. Tenders Combo were so small, a bit burnt and cold. it wasn't much of a combo since they came with no dipping sauces like i ordered, no biscuit as promised, just warm corn. and the Potato Wedges i ordered weren't in the bag so I have no idea how they are.
