• 2/19/25It was a cold, icy day today so we wanted dried chicken . The original chicken bucket had very dark pieces (to the point of looking over done ) and tasted like all of it had been made hours ago. Some pieces were very hard. Not cool.

• 5/6/26The 3 pc. Chicken Combo wasn't good today. It was undercooked somewhat. The wedges weren't hot and tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp. The biscuit and Pepsi were the only satisfying things in this meal.

• 10/10/24Worst meal I've had yet. I had the chicken bowl and the corn was dried out almost hard. The Mac and cheese had a very odd taste that didn't belong. The door dash driver dropped my drink in front of my office door then put the food down on the ground outside instead of coming in and handing it to me.

• 5/20/24I recently DoorDashed my local KFC with high hopes of enjoying their famed fried chicken, but I was very disappointed. My low rating of 2 stars is primarily due to the size of the chicken pieces served.
Firstly, the portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price. When I ordered my meal, I was expecting hearty, succulent pieces of chicken, but what I got were undersized, almost bite-sized pieces that felt more like appetizers than a main course. The small chicken pieces didn't live up to the hearty and satisfying experience that KFC typically promotes.

While the flavor of the chicken and the seasoning were still up to KFC's usual standards, the disappointing size of the pieces overshadowed these positives. It's hard to fully appreciate the taste when you feel like you're not getting your money's worth in terms of portion size.
In conclusion, KFC's small chicken pieces were a significant letdown. I hope they reconsider their portion sizes to better meet customer expectations and provide a more fulfilling dining experience. Until then, my 2-star rating stands as a reflection of this disappointing.
