The food was always good. This time the original chicken was extra large in size and there wasn't any napkins or utensils to eat with.

My 3 pc.Chicken Big Box was cold the chicken was burnt. You can tell it was cooked in old grease.biscuit was hard as a brick. I asked for gravy and got mash potatoes gravy.. And my dipping sauce was not given to me. Now I love KFC but they dropped the ball on my last order

Did not get what I ordered. I ordered the breast and wing combo and I got 2 wings and all leg. Also, my drink did not have the cover slip over it. Definitely not worth the $15 that I paid for.
