This is now the third time i've ordered a side of Mac & Cheese and the freshness is not a descriptor; there were so many hard pastas and the temperature was not an issue. The portion of Mac & Cheese was really good. The 5 pc. Tenders Big Box was overall good; only complaint would be the chicken was a bit cold. I would only order again for my boyfriend.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket and got a 6 piece bucket. The clasic chicken sandwich was spicy. There were no condiments for the biscuits or fries and no utensils. We ordered Mac n cheese also.

Ordered Classic Chicken Sandwich with no mayo and has mayo on both top and bottom.
Sent wrong dinner. Ordered 3 pc. Chicken Combo with all white meat and they sent all dark meat.
Everything is super salty and tastes like stale oil.
Threw out fries which tasted weird.
