Food was packaged well and the sealed bags are appreciated as it shows they handle with care and cater to their customers

Had the 3 piece box, the wedges looked/tasted old, the chicken was okay, but not as good as it normally is. The mashed potato and gravy was definitely good, but I'm disappointed in the rest of the meal...Oh and one of the drinks spilled a bit over the bag and poor Dasher as she was about to hand me the order. I'll stick to other chicken places.

i honestly didn't expect to write a review, but the food wasn't that good. the chicken was wet which is perspirations fault, but the meat was odd i'm not sure there was a spot that was like dug out kinda in on of the pieces but meat was like put back in the hole it was odd.. the chicken kinda tasted old, there were barely any fries and the bag was kinda open in the top, i'm not sure if the driver accidentally opened it or the workers didn't close it all the way (since the top is like sticky tape) but it's like hard sticky tape so i don't know. i probably won't order again. i feel bad even making this review but i don't know. i don't even want to rate the driver because i wasn't sure if the bag being opened in the middle of the bag was him, and accidental, or the workers so im leaving that alone

Did not get my hot wings. The chicken nuggets were dry and overcooked, could not eat them. The fries were overcooked too. The pot pie was the best! Did not get the ranch dressing ordered. This clearly was a store issue not a Door Dash issue.

The chicken sandwich was cooked too long. It was dry and hard. The bun was smashed as thin as a tortilla. The potato wedges were cold and overcooked too.
