• 1/22/26this is the bestKFC we have had in ages!!the coating was great!!potato and gravy ratio was perfect and coleslaw sweet and crunchy!! well done guys for lifting your game keep it up!! oh and myfave chips with extra saltat last hot n fesh thank u !!

• 5/6/26chips were undercooked, chicken possibly so - i read that they changed the recipe for the spices, it did seem bland - but it was incredibly oily to the point of eating through the bottom of the container.
Disappointing as I have had good experiences in the past. Maybe they were cutting corners, understaffed, something like that.
Original Crispy Burger was well done, no complaints there.

• 1/7/26Chicken was hot and crispy and fresh so were the chips and the potato and gravy is always a solid side i just wish they'd give you the option to make the regular sides potato and gravy or dinner rolls as I can't eat coleslaw i will definitely order this Giant Feast again

• 7/2/23The hot and crispy chicken was not only pretty bland, it was mainly fat and batter. One piece that looked large turned out to be almost all batter with the tiniest sliver of greasy chicken buried in the middle. Definitely wouldn't get it again.
