• 6/1/23Did not actually seem like a big box. Was tasty but felt like something was missing. I'm 110 pounds. I was not filled up. Bree was awesome as my driver. I was left wanting by that wannabe "big"box.

• 2/27/23the 3 "large" side dish containers were half full, and a third of the chicken strips tasted like mold. There were only 5 biscuits instead of 6. For $55 I expected a nice meal for my family.

• 3/19/25barely any hot honey on the sandwiches. cherry poppers (how did that name get through lolol) were just... the worst. mushy and way too greasy. they remembered the extra sauces I ordered though, so there's that at least

• 6/14/26Made me pay .25 for Ranch but then didnt put any Ranch in my bag. The wedges were half frenchfries and really old.

• 5 days agoI got the 3 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal. worse than supermarket deli chicken. One piece was dry & the other 2 were inedible. The biscuit was dry. Madras needs a good chicken place.
