• 8/25/25I purchased two half-gallon containers of sweet tea, but unfortunately, they turned out to be regular tea. I had to add sugar to make it enjoyable. Additionally, I only received one tea. When asked if that was everything, by the DoorDash delivery person, the kfc person said yes it is. The chicken I ordered was all stuck together, which was disappointing considering the price paid. I just wish it had been handled more carefully.

• 4/7/24again the swartz creek mi store didnt complete the order. Missing apple bites worth $12, brownie $8-9 and 8 biscuits from meal order tho did get 4 biscuit I paid for. forgot to count chicken stripes to be sure I got both orders correctly
