there wasn't any sauce on it like when I usually order it. I don't know what happened this time but it was very dry and lacking sufficient buffalo sauce which is main flavor of sandwich.. disappointing

It's unfortunate that Knuckle Sandwich accepted an order it knew it couldn't fulfill. I would not have placed this order had I known I couldn't have the steak added ... instead they took the order, didn't include a key ingredient, and left me scrambling to recoup the $11 addition they didn't include. Thanks for the note, I guess, but I'd rather have the lunch I ordered or the option to order something else.
