• 5/17/25The portion size for the Chicken Fried Rice was incredible! Easily enough for two people, for a very reasonable price. I was shocked at how heavy the bag was when I picked it up. The Chicken Fried Rice also tasted wonderful. Definitely would recommend and get again.

• 4/3/26The Bento Special portion size is great, and comes with 3 gyoza. The chicken katsu tasted so good and was crunchy and fresh and I was really impressed with their orange chicken. I would definitely order it again.

• 2/21/26Being in this area, its hard to find quality japanese food. The Bento Specials never disappoints. The amount of food and the quality is enough to give even a big eater 2 meals worth. The Gyoza (4) + Egg Roll (1) + Crab Rangoon (3) just added the cherry to the top. Everything was hot and fresh. The Side Steamed Vegetables added a great freshness to go with it all. Would order again

• 10/31/25I've had teriyaki and chinese food from every place I could find from Lakewood to Federal Way. This is the best. Great people, the food is perfect and the portions are excellent. By far the best Generals.

• 11/18/23Food is great ,the portions are great for the price and it was delicious!! I'm picky with my Chicken Katsu (can't be over cooked) and this is the best Chicken Katsu I've had in pierce county!! This is my very honest opinion
