Kopan is consistently excellent quality and price. It is often our go to. They have unique rolls that are faves.
Just to understand the kind of quality that goes into their seafood sourcing, the scallop sushi is often low-grade at sushi restaurants because it is covered in sauce, but at Kopan it is just as high quality as other nigiri. I will always appreciate a sushi restaurant that truly cares about quality without breaking the bank.

very pricey for small portion sizes of average sushi. the FRESH WATER EEL SUSHI was drowning in eel sauce. the MENCHI KATSU shouldn't be called menchi katsu- it was 3 small meatballs with a hard crust.

This is the worst ramen I've ever had. I ordered the pork ramen and they gave me 2 slices of thin bacon and the food lacked flavor. This place has really taken a dive in quality and care.

The cucumber roll and ramen overall were really yummy! The only thing that was kindof a bummer was the cabbage in my ramen was all blackened and going bad (veggies came separatelyfrom broth so luckily I could separate). I ended up taking it out and everything was fine but it was pretty noticble to me.

Easily one of my favorite places to order from. They give so much soy sauce, wasabi, and packed ginger. On top of that, the quality if just so solid. Major favorite. You won't regret.
