South of Summit is restaurateurs Andy Lock, Domhnall Molloy, and culinary director Po Wang's seventh restaurant (Summit Grill, Boru, Pearl Tavern, and Third Street Social).
The Ruby Roll was so good! For the price the Salmon was fresh and not fishy at all. My only regret is I didn't get 2. I need to actually dine-in after that experience. That spot used to be cursed and changed restaurants many times but Koto has continued to stay and now I know why.

Koto's is by far the bes restaurant in Mishawaka. Whether you are ordering in Door leash or in person the staff is the best. The portions are huge, the food always tastes on point. I have never had a bad experience.
I specifically love the crab ragoons, and the bagel rolls, and the trex rolls. My wife loves the bento box. Order from here. You won't be disappointed.

the chicken was crunchy and flavorful the California roll was all right I wish they had more cream cheese but I love the presentation and I ordered two California rolls and they put the 12 in the same container which I appreciate but the fried rice had a wonderful surprise it was spicy normally fried rice is not spicy and I love my spice

We just got back from the Hawaiian Islands and were in search of sushi that could compete and we found it here! The incredible roll was incredible and so was the salmon! The fried rice was better than any place in town and we would definitely rate this the overall best Asian Fusion place in southbend. Can't wait for another location to open up!

definitely not jumbo just regular shrimp but still good $11 for six regular size shrimp so not a great value but everything cost more nowadays would always recommend Koto for their sushi one of the best in the area
