I asked for my chicken to be fried fresh based on a bad past experience and they complied! Chicken was hot and fresh! It should be like this every time but it is nice to know that they pay attention to the additional instructions.

Signature Chicken Family Meal is a great deal. Chicken was definitely krispy, definitely krunchy and had the perfect spice level. Only complaint is that the family meal states it comes with a "family fry" however, we were served an order of potato wedges that came with about 15-20 wedges. They were still tasty, but was definitely expecting French fries. Wait time was slightly lengthy but everything arrived fresh and hot. I would definitely order this again.

the packaging for hot pepper was insufficient. peppers fell out bag, thankfully into my lap.cool aid blue raspberry was💯

Good and juicy and crispy the red beand and rice was on point no dry like a couple of the other Krispy I have been.

Chicken had to be a day old. Biscuits were so hard that they could be used as paper weights. The potato wedges were the only thing that tasted like it was from today.
