• 8/26/24Dried Fried Laghman with Lamb is their best dish by far. These dishes have intense flavors via fresh ingredients and authentic spices and fresh meat.
The meat portions were amazing, I like the new bowl like containers as well.

• 6/29/25I got the Cold Noodle with Lamb Cumin / 黄面烤肉 with beef instead! They were so willing to accommodate that I couldn't eat lamb and inclded a cute note in my delivery too!! The noodles were fantastic, all of the veggies were so fresh, the noodles had the perfect chew, and the beef was amazing. The portion was also extremely generous.

• 8/6/25Amazing, I could tell the food here is made with care. Rise Noodle with Beef / 牛肉米粉 is very flavorful and hearty and the Spicy Chicken / 辣子鸡 wasn't spicy but incredibly tender. Excellent portions as well. Even the white rice is well made, all in all good stuff

• 5/6/26Second time I ordered from here, about 9 months apart. Samsa puff baked bun with traditional beef /萨姆萨酥皮烤包，内含传统牛肉 are delicious and very meaty with some spice in a flakey crust. The Smashed Cucumber Salad was better the first time, more spicy and flavorful. The Crispy eggplants with sweet tomato/香脆茄子配甜番茄 was delicious with a sweet and sour sauce. There were pieces that were still crispy when I got home. I would order this again. Portions were good with a lot of eggplant and tomatoes. Central asian manty /中亚曼蒂 were big and filed with spiced meat. Moguru laghman /莫古鲁·拉格曼 had lots of slices of spiced beef and also a lot of mushrooms. Unfortunately I don't like mushrooms so next time I may ask for more peppers & onions. Still tasted very good.

Both were decent, I would come back. Despite the color, the laghman is not spicy but more tomatoey with hints of celery, garlic, cumin, and pepper. The beef could be more tender. I personally prefer beef slices to be marinated with some baking soda and starch for a better texture (thicker cuts with a light bounce when you chew on it) like what you would find at Chinese takeouts but I know it's not the traditional way. Prices are kind of high for the portion size.
Try their berry kompot to cool down your palate after you overindulge in the chili oil that comes with the Guyurou Laghman / 新疆拌面.
The restaurant is clean and tidy if you wish to dine in, with numerous Slavic/Eurasian beverage choices (unfortunately not listed on Doordash). Will try their pilaf/plov next time to see if it's better than Tashkent Supermarket's.
