I paid for a number five combo that included a beef burrito, chile relleno, and cheese enchilada for a total cost was $16.75. I called the establishment to ask them to make the burrito a bean and cheese,green chile on the side and a side of sour cream. They wanted to charge me $3.50 for a side of sour cream. When did a beef burrito and a cheese burrito cost the same? There was no cheese on the inside of the burrito. I have been a patron for over 25 years. Extremely disappointed.

Service is invariably not good. Deluxe Cheese Enchilada weren't fully cooked.Homemade Tortilla Chips And Red Salsa Pint way overpriced. Delivery fee of $9 outrageous for 2.1 miles only. So disappointing.

$15 for chips & salsa total ripoff, not nearly enough chips. Salsa was ok, not great.
Combination for $30 was so not worth it. Expected premium Mexican but actually sub-par. I order a lot of mexican, big fan of this restaurant for years, but this was not good. Mediocre at best.

So I will preface this by saying that I did order this to be delivered. But my issues are with the food itself and what was missing, which is specific to the restaurant. I ordered the three enchilada combo, and overall it was just OK. The big thing though was the cheese wasn't even melted in the cheese enchilada. Not it melted and then got cold, it had never melted. It was still shredded in sauce inside the tortilla. The chicken was also kind of dry. And the way everything was packed was just kind of crammed into a too small container. I also ordered the sopapillas and was not impressed. They were kind of tough and a little too chewy. They also were missing the honey that was supposed to come with them. The other thing is if you're packing an order for pick up or delivery and you offer the option of include utensils, and then don't include utensils it's really frustrating. Overall, it was food, but not great food, and that was definitely not a enchilada plate worth $25.
