I rarely post complaints, by luck and being careful I either get what I want, or something good but not for me. However, this is a case where it's great food, but the orders are not taken carefully, and they seem to be careless in preparation. I ordered the Batada Wada, and they arrived under cooked, but when I air-fried them, they were excellent; and I got a coconut chutney I paid for, but at the expense of the green and tamarind chutneys they said would come. Today, my main dish (Paneer Puff) is *excellent*, but my Iced Chai arrived nice and warm, and there was no straw for my (delicious) Sweet Lime Juice, which made it awkward to open and drink in my current set-up. I seriously enjoy the food, but I hope things can be more under control in their kitchen, so when the food comes, it can be appreciated for the clear quality and love that goes into the menu.

I should clarify that in general I like the food I get from Lassi and spice but today it wasn't up to the mark and packaging was worse than it normally is
.
1) Their packaging has never been customer friendly (no way to hold that package) but today it got torn at the bottom just carrying it two blocks away.
2) The May special kachori Kadhi was tasty - but they should have not assembled it - by the time I reached home it got soggy.
3) Rajma is generally good but was really tangy today.
4) the Roti was the worst. I had a bite, and was so disappointed that I decided to put a review for this.

the pav was rock hard, everything else was great, but and extra order of rockhard Pav Bhaji pav did ruin our dinner
Gulab Jamun it was packed to leak through our parcel drowning everything else in sugar syrup

South Indian Filter Kaapi taste is too inconsistent. I ordered the small size yesterday and it was amazing, so ordered a large today and it didn't taste anything like that. Food is good, but pretty expensive. 10$ for filter coffee, 14$ for misal pav is crazy, but its sorta authentic.
