First try and definitely ordering again. I was impressed by how fresh everything tasted. Portions were just right, could have been a bit more generous with chicken portion, still delicious

TL;DR it was good tasting, good value, with high quality ingredients, but a packaging fail on the Chips & Queso queso.
Cheesesteak Quesadilla was a good amount and quality of meat for the application. Mild cheese, yummy. Nice lime on the side to jazz it up.
Build-Your-Own Salad was ordered with chicken, which I assumed would be grilled or plain in the absence of other information, but turned out to be chicken in adobo. It was pretty good, but I might have ordered steak instead if I'd known. Garnishes and greens were all high quality and even exceptional! The high quality fresh pickled jalapenos and onions were great. Minor complaint, they could've put the sour cream and cheese off to one side rather than in a thick clump over the whole thing (can't customize amounts).
Chips & Queso was a fail, the thin plastic 2 oz container was so melted around the hot cheese it was part of it. No one would eat it or let me try it! But it looked good and I commend them for keeping it hot in house, just please use a paper container or something that won't melt. It was also a smaller portion than expected.
I plan to order here again since the ingredient quality and value show they're really trying!

The Cheesesteak Quesadilla had good flavor but not much meat and poorly distributed. The last time we ordered it was nice and golden crispy, but this time it was not toasted long enough and was floppy and hard to eat. The Build-Your-Own Salad arrived without the dressing cup, so that was a bummer. I enjoyed the flavor of the carnitas on it, however the portion was half inedible, white, unrendered fat. The main positives were the quality of the ingredients and the inherent flavors, not the preparation this time.

They did not give me my chips and queso which I can clearly see on my receipt, nearly $7 and the bag was not sealed on delivery

cold ripped burrito w too much rice. like chipotle, which to me is not good Mexican food. wanted to like.
