The custom thin crust pizza I received was not very crispy; the pepperoni was cold, and you couldn't tell it was cut at all. It was a crumbly mess when I was finally able to get a piece out of the box. The only crispy part was the onions! Very disappointed! I'll try double cut? and xtra crispy? The only reason I didn't was because I was afraid it would be almost burnt. It was not cut in small squares as shown as I have had; it was cut like a regular pizza. Very disappointed!

the pizza was fresh but there was so much salt on the pizza it's inedible, wouldn't order again
