• 8/8/25My Pepperoni Crazy Puffs® were SMALL and BURNT! Very disappointed in my order. Also the bread had a weird taste to it than usual.

• 10/8/25Forgot to include the two liter drink. No one double checked order ticket including the dasher. Doesn't seem like much but 2 liters are now almost $5. Tip and 2 liter we're almost half the cost of the order.

• 5/8/23The Pretzel Crust - Cheese Sauce was not right , there was no salt on the crust , I got one yesterday and the two were completely different

• 11/3/23The pizza was terrible and the crazy bread was even worse. I asked for the pizza to be lightly baked, it was totally burned. And the crazy bread was like a brick dripping in grease. I've never been disappointed with this location, but today it was horrible and a total fail. I would give zero stars if that was possible.
