Everything I ordered was delicious!!! Best tasting Collard Greens (GS) I have had outside my own kitchen that is. The Hush Puppies (NC) were just the slightest bit sweet, making them delicious!!! BBQ done right!!!

The tempeh here is seasoned to perfection! It feels a little pricey because all sides are $3 extra and entree price is $15-$16, but then you see how much food is on your plate and it makes sense. And the quality is very good. I love to eat here as a treat for my family.

This is the only BBQ restaurant I buy from in this area. As I have said before, I judge BBQ quality by the brisket. It's hard to cook properly without making it dry. The brisket here is always tender and juicy.
Also impressive is the Brunswick stew. It reminds me of the stew we would cook as a part of a BBQ fundraiser we would hold each year for the volunteer fire dept. So thick, you could eat it with a fork!

As usual the food was excellent. The wings were wonderful and the Banana Pudding was awesome. This restaurant is my favorite in the Asheville area. The staff speak with you and prepare your orders are amazing. My compliments to the chefs andthe managerial staff!!!!!!!!!
