Our Original Cheeseburger and French Fries were great!!! We ordered 2 of each and was Not disappointed. Our food was fresh and our portion sizes were totally awesome! Would order again...YES indeed!

I usually don't do reviews, but I had given a recent review. I gave that review because my last few experiences were great! However, Yesterday Evening was disappointing. I noticed a new face when I went to pick up my order. I requested 2 Original Cheeseburgers with EXTRA ONIONS on both, but my request was NOT honored (I received barely, if any onions on the 2 burgers and the taste was NOT good, as it was a sloppy mix). The portion size of the 2 orders of French Fries were less than usual and weren't as fresh or tasty as they had been the last few times. My 2 Vanilla Shakes were NOT tasty and were NOT prepared as I requested either. I hate having to report this, but it definitely had to be done. I did NOT enjoy my meal. Thus the 2-star rating.

False advertisement on the Nachos (no chili was included on the nachos). I called and spoke with two people. The young guy apologized for not putting chili on the nachos. However, the young lady claimed they don't put chili on the nachos. Yet, the previous picture shows Nachos. I also paid extra for jalapenos. There was no option to add extra chili, yet the young lady claimed I had to add. chili. There's no option on the previous menu to add chili nor extra chili. The young lady had a terrible attitude as well.

Was quick but did not follow "no onion" request and would prefer if they would put a "tab" across the drinks for safety purposes.

Our cheeseburgers were NOT prepared as requested. We asked for Extra onions, and honestly didn't have much, if at all, any onions on our burgers. The drinks tasted awful (may have been a combination of things including unclean soda fountain, cleaning chemicals, or even the issues with the water system in Natchitoches). As an alternative, serving canned or bottled drinks could definitely help and give customers the option to select our preference. The meat pies were ok, but could have been better.
