Oh. My. God. I haven't had sichuan food this good since moving to Texas. The 干锅鱼片 Dry Pot Fish Fillet was chef's kiss amazing! Super crispy but not dried out even after getting delivered in a takeout container. So good!

3 dishes are good but the west lake soup is basically starched water with very little floating pieces of tofu and eggs, very sad. The little pieces of ground beef in the soup also has a freezer taste which makes the soup tastes funky. We really didn't enjoy it at all.

The fish tastes very bad. I don't think it's tilapia or it's not fresh. we have ordered this dish many many times and it's much smaller this time. (成都干烧鲜全鱼 Chengdu Style Pot Roasted Tilapia )
