• 6/8/25Wow!Probably the best breakfast we've had door dashed! The bacon was perfectly crispy and chicken crispy but moist. Biscuits were huge! The sausage gravy was delicious in The Retro Plate and I subbed the mushroom gravy in The Five and Dime and it was Devine!

• 9/27/25First-time customer (i.e., take-out) -- ordered 2 Retro Plates and portions were quite adequate, each plate included a tasty, flaky biscuit. Scrambled eggs were nicely seasoned with bacon crispy. Second plate with over easy eggs (cooked perfectly) and one sausage (a bit overcooked though). Each plate also included sufficiently crispy tasting smashed potatoes. For our taste, this was a different way to present breakfast potatoes but would not order again.
Conversations with Dean and Bobby provided great information. Upon entry and exit of order, found Bobby was friendly and exceedingly helpful. He also answered numerous questions about menu and options.
While the potatoes weren't highlights for our tastes, Maple Street Biscuit Company is worth a return dining in or takeout order to check out other menu items including the grits.
Cost-wise, Maple Street Biscuit Company is reasonably priced, comparative for the area.
Worth noting -- although this was a take-out order, noticed nice decor inside with adequate number of tables and chairs for dining in.

• 5/4/251/2 Dozen Flaky Biscuits were subpar, thePower Bowl was horrible. Not enough food for the price and the taste was weird. The Smashbrowns - Side were sharp. Cut up the back of my throat. Could use them as a weapon.

• 3/19/25I ordered the The Five and Dime sandwich with extra gravy. There was so much gravy that it was spilling out of the container. Only the top of the biscuit was visible. As for the Honey Maple Cold Brew and Caramel Toffee Crunch Latte, they weren't even with food on delivery. The driver said there were no drinks to pick up. The side of Smashbrowns - Shareable were burnt. Overall for $50, this was beyond disappointing.

• 10/22/22Doesn't look as pictured. It shows a sausage patty but instead I got the world tiniest meatball. Was welcomed with a long black hair (not mine) and eggs over cooked. Expected to be wowed with this 16.00 biscuit sandwich.
