• 12/21/23The Garlic Cheese Bread is tasty but a little smaller than anticipated for the price. Also, the pizza sauce isn't as good as the original in Newport Beach -- but all in all a good pizza

• 7/14/25Was really excited for a lasagna that's made with the béchamel sauce. But when I got it, the lasagna was nice and hot. However, when I cut into the first piece, the béchamel was completely solid like in a chunk. Flavor was a little bland as well. The Cannoli (2 pieces) was sweeter than I like but still very good!

• 5/21/22Love their pizza and "small " house salad with ranch. Not really small it's all this fresh salad and cheese packed into a tiny container. The pizza is made fresh and is my favorite

• 6/11/22We want to love Massimo's, we really do. Their pizza dough has occasionally been a tough chew, but that hasn't happened often. The thick crust pizza isn't a thick crust pizza; if you're thinking Chicago-style, forget it. Their anchovies are awful (with all the bones intact, like coarse hair) and they have no idea how to use them--our pizza with anchovies was so overloaded with them it ended in the garbage. The lasagna is ok. The meatballs are good but very expensive for their size; as a side order you get one, about golf ball size, for several dollars! And no matter how many items you request on pizza, it won't be enough. We keep trying.

• 4/11/26Pretty pricey for a veggie pizza but it never disappoints. Cannoli (2 pieces) are the best around! Salad is overpriced but I haven't been grocery shopping and wanted something fresh. I just hate that they charge you for ranch that should come with a salad.
